Further, each step in our process is a well-rehearsed choreography: from the selection of each frame’s raw wood; to their hand-joining and nailing, to their skillful hand-embellishment using our own proprietary paints, glazes, and finishes.

Additionally, we use only the finest materials in the creation of each one-of-a-kind masterpiece. For example, when called for, we use acid free boards, and acid and lignin free, French marble, matting paper. Our matting paper has been pulp-dyed in pure, French, stream water, so that the rich saturated color permeates throughout. We hand-line all of our mats, and then cut them to museum standard specification.
