RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The H. Hal Kramer Co. makes a product that is of exceptional quality and value. For this reason, we have earned our customers’ trust for almost 50 years.

Each of our hand-made pieces of art is custom made-to-order. As such, we take great care in packing all of our shipping boxes carefully. In the unlikely event that you receive an item damaged in shipment, please notify us within 5 business days. For insurance reimbursement purposes, our shipper requires that you save the original shipping box and all of the packing material, along with the damaged item, for inspection and pick-up. Once we receive the damaged item, we will either repair or replace it.

WE ARE AN HONEST AND FORTHRIGHT BUSINESS:

Just like you, we have a family and are part of our community. With this in mind, you may return any item to us, in good condition, within 14 days of receipt, for discretionary reasons. We will replace the item, or refund the purchase price, less our shipping and handling costs.
